Tony Bacchus did a termite inspection in our Brooklyn Brownstone and determined that it was old damage from many years ago, with no current activity. Though he did not push us to do this in any way, we opted for a preventative salt-based eco-friendly treatment of the load-bearing beams, including new sistered beams. He is competent and honest, and his prices are competitive. In addition to this he has a great sense of humor and is pleasant to work with. We highly recommend him and Citi Termite Control.

This team is very professional in the way they approach the job. The method of inspecting the site, setting followup traps to find traces really bring their game plan up. I was really surprised at the actually immediate result realized with the roaches, they tend to disappear on the very first day. I had to ask Toney if he threaten the roaches or something, on his follow up. Also, one thing that really stands out is the way they interact with you, they are so friendly, its really wonderful knowing this father and son team. An example for many to follow!

Tony saved us. He heard my concerns, followed up with my observations, and found and treated live termites in the cellar. Other companies only offered bait stations in the typical exterior locations that would have you wait a year plus to see if the termites would find them, even though I tried to show them the signs of activity in the cellar. We tried this with one company and it was a disappointment experience.
Please note it takes time to locate and confirm where the termites are, but Tony listens and follows up like someone who takes pride in a job well done. He also does general pest control for me now. It’s like having someone competent help you maintain your home, a keeper.

Tony was amazing. We bought a house in Brooklyn and after my husband demo'd our basement, we saw all these beautiful old beams and noticed parts of what I thought was termite damage. Tony came, inspected and shared it wasn't termites but carpenter ants, but that the damage was old and not severe. He showed where to change/reinforce parts of our beams. He could have said, yes, I need to treat the infestation first then spray prevention (because I would not have know any different). Instead he gave us an honest estimate with a dollar window range for a preventative spray. Unlike most vendors, he actual came in on the low end of the range he provided us when all was said and done. They were also super accommodating with scheduling. Our contractor even ended up needing him to come in earlier than we thought and he came in a few days earlier to get the job done and not delay the contractor doing work. I hope to not need his services any time soon since our treatment should be good for 15+ yrs. BUT I would HIGHLY recommend them for any pest issues/pest prevention etc. They know what they're doing. To sum it up: they were knowledgeable, honest, efficient, transparent, accommodating, responsive - just A+ service all around. Sorry for the run-on, but our experience with him was just great. Been dealing with a rodent problem over the winter, I initially called Orkin (another pest control company). BIG MISTAKE. All they did was take my money and did zero work, the guy Orkin sent to my house had 6 months on the job, so it was like the blind leading the blind. But then a co-worker of mine recommended Citi-Termite and I must say that Tony stands behind his word and his company, the amount of stuff he did and the knowledge he carrys to help out the situation is remarkable. It says something about the integrity to uphold a reputation of honesty to provide genuine services, I was very happy. As the saying goes,money can't buy experience you have to gain it. Very pleased that I went with Citi-Termite. I wouldn't wish a rodent or termite problem on anyone, unfortunately we have to deal with it at times. But at least we have Citi-Termite to assist. My landlord hired this company and I'm so glad this was the choice. Nadeer has come by a couple times now and has been, by far, the nicest, most thorough, and considerate exterminator I've ever seen. Most other ones are in and out in about 30-45 seconds and don't seem to care, stomping around in their gross shoes. Nadeer removed his shoes without even my having to ask, and he took the time needed to do an actual good, unhurried job. And was nice to my cat, too! Highly recommended. NYC can be harsh, so it's nice to encounter considerate people who seem to care.

Tony from Citi Termite was very knowledgeable and reliable. I had issues about 3-4 yrs ago with carpenter ants in my basement and then again the beginning of this summer. He treated my house inside and out, only had an issue because I had to redo my driveway (had cracks-unrelated situation) hence why they reoccurred again due to the rain washing the chemical out inside these cracks. Despite my hiccup, I did my driveway over and they retreated and worked with the concrete workers. They even came one day as a courtesy call when I freaked out when I saw them. Even though he reassured me, the issue wasn’t that bad they still came out. I’m very greatful for that. He was willing to work with pricing and reasonable at that. Although, my story doesn’t end there, just recently had a pest issue due to renovations my neighbor was doing in their house. Promptly just as I called them they were able to come out. They treated my basement with bait again and blocked off any areas around my house. Even though they did it a few days ago, I haven’t seen anything since. They will call you for updates and come by to make sure everything is ok . I would highly recommend this company. Very Efficient!!!!

Where do I start? Working with Tony and his father is such a pleasant experience. I have them fumigate my home for roaches bi- monthly. Tony always remembers to send me reminders of the upcoming dates so I don’t forget. He also makes sure the proper treatment is done. They make sure to assess the issue and handle accordingly. I asked for termite treatment and he didn’t think it was necessary and ended up saving me $1300, any other company would have charged me without assessing. With the bi-monthly treatment I haven’t had any complaints or recurrence of the roaches. They are so kind, respond to my calls and texts immediately and their rates are the best I’ve seen. I recently had to treat mice in my rental property. I contacted CITI TERMITE and was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hrs. They came and did a throughout inspection from basement to the 2nd floor to indentify the root of the mice infestation and they where able to located the access point where these mice would make their entry.
